Much of what we do will seem to be of a conversational nature. There will be light hypnosis but you are always in the driving seat – you cannot be ‘brainwashed’ or ‘coerced’ into doing or believing anything. Part of our work ensures you are in a safe and supportive environment, where we can work together to get to the heart of the matter and deal with it completely and for good.
