I WANT TO EXPLORE THERAPY

  1. If you’ve decided you’d like to know a little more before making a commitment I always offer a free 30 minute video call first. This is so we can get to know each other and go through any questions you might have.

2. Once we have had a chance to chat and go ahead I will email you some easy questions to find out a little more about what’s been going on for you.

I have some different payment options and packages available that we can discuss before going ahead.

It is a good idea to get some dates confirmed in the diary early on too, so we are clear on where we are going.

WORKING TOGETHER

First Session – up to 90 minutes: Here we get to the heart of the matter, your challenges and goals, and where would you like to be at the end of our time together.

Session 2 and following sessions – 75 minutes

You may be asked to complete some short tasks between sessions to reinforce the changes made in session. But don’t worry, I really don’t want to give you too much to take on. For example homework might take the shape of the following:

  • Practicing breathing or mindfulness techniques
  • Journalling 
  • Listening to a personalised audio

Now you can sit back and breathe. You have taken a big step in admitting you want some help to improve some aspect of your life, and you’ve come to the right place. You’ve made a commitment to yourself and shown up in the most powerful and positive ways. You can pat yourself on the back knowing that things can only get better now.
