Cancellation Policy: I respectfully ask that 24 hours notice be given if you need to cancel or move your appointment. If you do not want your appointment someone else could be benefitting from it. For late cancellations, the full fee may be charged. I realise that challenging situations can arise in life and I do my best to treat people fairly. Clients who fail to show for an appointment will always be charged the full fee, this includes deducting a sessions from a block.
